Ready to Cool Down? Come experience an Ice Bath session here at Bliss Haven. Fill yourself with health and life! In this three part process, we first calm the body and activate the senses with our signature aromatherapy, then we breathe together in a group session of serotonin-raising, inner fire bliss breathing until we finally brave the Ice! 2 min in a near-zero ice bath.
